A project is not accepted or scheduled until Millcraft confirms acceptance in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities Customers, contractors, and project partners are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, and for communicating changes, delays, or site conditions promptly.

4. Website Use You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false or harmful information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or security, upload malicious code, or violate applicable law.

5. Communications By contacting Millcraft — by form, phone, email, or text — you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, estimate, project, service request, account, scheduling, invoices, and related business communications.

9. Scheduling, Delays, and Site Conditions Project schedules depend on timely approvals, material availability, site readiness, access, and coordination with other trades. Millcraft is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, customer changes, site conditions, other trades, material shortages, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to Scope Any change to project scope, materials, schedule, drawings, specifications, or requested work may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments, and may require written approval.

11. Materials, Photos, Drawings, and Project Content If you provide photos, drawings, plans, specifications, or other project materials, you represent that you have the right to share them with Millcraft for project review, estimating, fabrication, installation, and related purposes.

12. Intellectual Property All content on our website — text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Millcraft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
